Kattovit Feline Diet Kidney/Renal has been specially developed to provide cats with a reduced protein content by using high-quality protein in an easily digestible composition.

High protein levels can have a damaging effect on the kidneys. The decisive factor is the protein content in relation to the amount of energy.

In Kattovit Feline Diet Kidney/Renal, in contrast to conventional food, only about half of the energy comes from protein.

The enrichment with potassium citrate has a urine alkalizing effect and can thus prevent the formation of oxalate crystals (oxalate prophylaxis). The levels of phosphorus and sodium are reduced.

Composition: Meat and animal by-products (of which 43% chicken), rice (cooked), oils and fats, minerals. Protein sources: 43% chicken, 12% rice (cooked), 9% pork.

Analytical constituents: crude protein 7.5%, fat content 9.5%, moisture content 76.5%, crude ash 1.9%, crude fiber 0.5%, calcium 0.22%, phosphorus 0.16%, magnesium 0.02%, potassium 0.2%, sodium 0.3%, chloride 0.3%, sulfur 0.13%, hydroxyproline 0.12%, total vitamin D 300 IU/kg.

Nutritional additives/kg: Vitamin D3: 200IU, Vitamin E: 20mg, Zinc (E6): 5mg, Iodine (3b201): 0.2mg, Manganese (3b503): 2mg, Taurine: 500mg.

Technological additives: Potassium citrate: 2,000 mg.

Feeding recommendation: Cat weight 3kg: approx. 1.5 bags per day. Cat weight 5kg: approx. 2.5 bags per day.
