Fit-BARF Vegetables (TCVM)
is a grain-free alternative and brings not only variety but also balance to the BARF feeding plan.
Unlike the Western way of thinking, food is not only judged by its vital substances or its origin, but by its warming effect and the 5 elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, water.
Foods and herbs are assigned to a specific functional group according to their energetic effect, temperature behavior, color, taste and smell.
Jerusalem artichoke
Chinese perspective: Element: Earth, Thermal: neutral, Organ reference: Spleen, stomach, liver, gall bladder, intestine
Western perspective: Vit. A, B1, B6, C, H, manganese, copper, magnesium, selenium, zinc and iron, in addition to its high inulin content, make the Jerusalem artichoke tuber a valuable ingredient in order not to place too much strain on the sugar metabolism and at the same time promote digestion.
