Phosphate-free preparation for safely lowering the pH value. Any influence on the pH must be checked with a pH test.
With natural oak extract. Before use, the KH should be checked and adjusted to 4 - 8 degrees dKH. (with JBL AquaDur).
Before manipulating the pH value, you should look into this topic in more detail. There are three ways to lower the pH value: by adding CO2 (carbon dioxide), using JBL pH-Minus or using activated peat (JBL TorMec activ), with peat having the weakest effect.
It is always very important to determine the KH (carbonate hardness) beforehand, as this stabilizes the pH value! If the KH is below 4 degrees KH, the pH value is so unstable that even the smallest addition of pH minus or CO2 can lead to serious problems.
