JBL FilterStart

• Concentrate of 15 million pollutant-degrading bacteria that break down proteins, ammonium/ammonia and nitrite.
• Absolutely necessary, especially after bactericidal medications such as JBL Ektol fluid and salt additions!
• Activates any filter up to 3 liters volume.

JBL filter start: When?

1. When using new filters or new filter materials
2. After filter cleaning
3. After medication use

Live bacteria - Do not store above 30 degrees C and not below 0 degrees C!

Moisten the filter material with aquarium water, shake the bottle vigorously and distribute the entire contents over the filter material. Start the filter. To protect the cleaning bacteria, fresh tap water in the aquarium must be treated with JBL Biotopol at least one hour before using FilterStart.
