Optimal energy source
Adult dogs do not need as much energy as puppies, but still need significantly more than seniors. The Wolfsblut nutrition program for adult dog breeds is based on the muscle meat of the Boer goat in human-grade quality, which is characterized by high protein quality. But protein does not necessarily mean energy. Only the balanced ratio of protein and fat creates the required energy density, which in our food is specially tailored to adult dogs.

Easily digestible
The muscle meat of the Boer goat is not only a good source of energy. It is also characterized by a high digestibility of up to 98%. Ingredients that optimize digestion are:

- Probiotic FOS (also fructooligosaccharides), which is also supplemented in baby food and influences a healthy intestinal flora by fighting bad/pathogenic bacteria that populate the intestine.
- Taste-neutral thyme that naturally promotes the digestive process.

In addition to the ecological origin of our meat selection, selected ingredients optimize the content of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

Ecological origin
Our meat selection comes from Boer goats that are kept on pasture all year round and therefore has a particularly favorable composition of fatty acids. It is therefore much healthier than meat from animals from factory farming.

No grain
Anyone who knows us knows that all of our food is grain-free. Dogs are carnivores, so our nutritional program for adult dog breeds is based exclusively on animal products, with no added grain.
