Wide Plain is a new feed mixture based on horse meat and sweet potatoes, which perfectly covers the ULTRA - ALLERGY segment.

This new composition of WOLFSBLUT was developed for dogs who have problems with conventional food and other types of meat.

Horse meat is the first choice and is currently hardly available as dry food.

We have optimized the ingredients of WIDE PLAIN for allergy sufferers and limited them to the bare essentials. Some herbs, our Immutop and the special fruit mixture help to strengthen the immune system, which is often weakened in dogs with allergic reactions.

In WIDE PLAIN we use sweet potatoes, which are particularly well-accepted by allergy sufferers. The sweet potato, originally from the Peruvian Andes, is considered one of the oldest and most nutrient-rich foods. It doesn't have much in common with the normal potato. The American health authority recently named it the healthiest vegetable of all.

Horse & sweet potato alone was not enough for us and not balanced enough. We have therefore added some tried and tested ingredients. We would like to mention Immutop in particular, which has been tested by veterinarians and has already been used successfully in our other varieties. Our aim was to make decisive improvements. We have succeeded in doing this and you can read about it in our ingredients below.

We have eliminated cheap rapeseed oil, also often referred to as canola oil in American foods, as an inappropriate source of fat. Vegetable oils, however pressed or extracted, are a natural raw material, but due to the concentration and quantity of oilseeds from which they are made, we do not believe they are optimal for feeding dogs.

We use horse fat that is naturally obtained and contained in the wolf's food chain, as well as our Mediterranean herbal mixture, various forest fruits and other wild herbs that are also on the menu of the ancestors of our domestic dogs

American studies show the need for taurine for the health of the coronary arteries, especially in large and giant breeds. WIDE PLAIN contains an extra taurine supplement to support heart function and vision.

At this point, we would also like to point out that all WOLFSBUT varieties contain fruits and herbs in an optimally usable amount. Often, values ​​in the milligram range are given here. That means half a thimble per bag.

Bear power with berry powers - under this motto, at WIDE PLAIN we have also focused on these valuable forest fruits and in particular on the aronia berry, a small berry with a big effect. The aronia berry has an enormous content of secondary plant substances. It is rich in polyphenols. Anthocyanins in particular are said to have health-promoting and preventive properties due to their high antioxidant potential and good radical-scavenging properties.

The amount given is for guidance only. The amount of food must be adjusted according to the age, breed, level of activity of your dog and the climatic conditions.
Pregnant bitches have an increased need for nutrients. During the first 6 weeks of pregnancy, the amount of food should be increased by 25%. In the 7th to 9th week, the need increases to up to an additional 75%. Ideally, this amount should be divided into 2-3 meals.
Your dog should always have fresh water available.
