Lamb is known to provide many valuable nutrients for the organism. In addition, it is very lean: 100 grams of muscle meat contains only 3.7 grams of fat! Lamb provides the body with high-quality protein.

The body can convert this meat protein, or more precisely the so-called essential amino acids it contains, almost completely into its own protein.
Lamb is also a first-class source of vitamins. It is dominated by B vitamins such as vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12 and niacin. Lamb contains particularly high levels of vitamin B12, which plays an important role in blood formation.
