Dogs respond primarily to sounds and acoustic signals and not to speech.

The high frequency whistle is therefore ideal for training. Its sound is very different from the usual noises that your dog is confronted with every day.

Dogs have a much wider range of sounds and perceive these sounds at the same volume as a normal dog whistle. Please note that even a light whistle is completely sufficient, as sounds that are too loud can scare your dog.

The pitch of the high frequency whistle can be individually adjusted. Using the adjustment screw located under the plastic cap, you can set the tone that is right for your dog, which cannot then be adjusted by the cap (if the cap does not come off, please hold the whistle under warm water).
